Ribblesdale Cheese chat with: Martin Moyden, of Mr Moyden’s Handmade Cheese, Shropshire
Tell us a bit about you: I went to agricultural college to learn more about general agriculture and after I finished, I went to New Zealand and travelled around and worked in several places – nothing to do with cheese; I was crushing garlic in the North of the South Island and was there for a couple of weeks at the end of the season, when I noticed that they ripped out a load of cherry trees to plant more garlic. As you grow up and get older, you start to questions things, li
